Never again will I visit this location!!!! Employees are rude and offer no apologies for bad customer service ???? they don?t... verify orders and make it seem like you want free food when you complain. I had to get off to get condiments when I asked forthem when I ordered, then I got home to find out they didn?t give me a complete meal. I told them to do a video review toconfirm and they tell me if I want for them to give me the food???????????????????????????? I mean I payed for it you guys arenot giving me anything? I didn?t get on the drive through to ask for charity or a hand out? so of course I want the food didthey think I drove over there and spent gas for nothing. Worst place ever and it?s not the first time this happens. Managementshould really get with their employees because they might not need me as a customer and McDonald?s is going to do just finewithout my business but it?s not about that . Oh my goodness! It was delicious! And it was free! Thank you, McDonald's, for honoring teachers with a free breakfast combo all... week. Bad customer service, they didn't want to remove a coffee shot from my order, from a coffee I order then they said they don't... have the expresso shot and they still want me to paid for it. So I better told them to cancel. I don't know how hard is toremove an item from my order that I already paid. Read more

Very bad customer service. Person at the first window just reached out his hand with receipt while staring at his phone. Didn?t... say a word. Next window to pick up our food, person didn?t even confirm if it was our order , just gave us the bag and closedthe window. They didn?t even look at us. Read more
