All I wanted was a quarter pounder deluxe. I ordered my deluxe and received a regular quarter pounder ; took a few bites before... I realized the order was wrong. The quality was not that great. I waited in line for several minutes to get my ordered correct;looks like my receipt said ?quarter pounder w cheese? when they asked me about my order. Now I feel like a ?Karen? for tellingthem I ordered the deluxe. The manager kindly said he would make me a fresh deluxe. I waited 10-15 minutes and my deluxe nevercame. I just wanted a quarter pounder deluxe. Apologies, but I was hangry and left my tray with fries and drink on the table. Not sure if this is common for the McDonalds on Trenton and 10th. Before my visit to the Trenton /10th location, I went to theMcDonald?s on Closner/monte Cristo for a deluxe quarter pounder ; the burger had stale bread. I recommend going to theMcDonald?s on Trenton/281. They make the deluxe with quality and have their ducks in a row. In fact I am eating a quarterpounder deluxe as I?m writing this review at the Trenton/281 location ( see attached pic). I received my order within threeminutes and was told ?here you go boss? . Remodeled this place and completely took down the kids play area! Why??? That was the best part of this McDonald?s being able to... have lunch or dinner with the kids and let them play. Won?t be coming to this location anymore! Read more

The worst McDonald's in the entire RGV!!! Food is always cold, done incorrect or missing. They take forever in the drive-thru... even when it's only you. ??????????? They lack customer service skills. I honestly feel that they need to be under newmanagement because there is literally always something off here. My uber driver had to wait almost an 30-45 minutes for an orderI placed ONLINE!! ??????????? If I could give 0 starts I definitely would!! Read more

Terrible service. Everything takes forever even when there's no line. Staff just looks incompetent. Staff look at... costumers/delivery drivers and ignore them. Food is packaged and they refuse to notify anyone. Managers and staff have beenobserved cursing at each other loudly and flipping each other off. Staff/managers ignore customers waiting for orders or wantingto place an order. Overall, some of the worst costumer service I have ever seen. Read more

Horrible experience. Horrible service Horrible food. Ordered curbside AHEAD of time and got my order 30 minutes later. Food... cold. Drinks watered down. I only have a 30 minute lunch and did not get a chance to return or ask for my food to be remade. Ontop of that asked for my coffee to be prepared and it was not. I ordered a caramel mocha iced coffee I go unbelievably watereddown coffee did not taste like mocha or caramel. I guess this store knows how horrible they are their number to the store ringsdisconnected. Hugely disappointed. Read more
