I ordered the number 5 with just mayo and cheese and got veggies and mustard. While I was ordering she didn?t understand what I... had said and tried giving me the number 4 until my husband said it. I have been going to this one since I moved to my apartmentand never had a problem. I tried to call and their phone seems to not work goes straight to voicemail, not only that I?ve seenthe managers and workers and they are always messing around laughing and talking on their phones not paying attention. I use to love going to this Jack in the Box until today. It is posted online that they close at 12a.m. but I showed up at 11:40p... and was told that they weren't going to take my order because they were going to close already in 20 minutes. Good thing therewas a McDonald's across the street that will take my order 10 minutes before they close. This was actually at the 3701 Pecanlocation, I looked up the wrong address. Read more
I had a bad experience yesterday afternoon and within minutes of posting my review, the owner replied and promptly addressed the... issue. The response was excellent and very professional. The manager I dealt with, Hector, was also very helpful and nice. Theyreplaced my order and everything was phenomenal and very fresh. I really appreciate your very prompt and courteous reply. Food is objectivity better than other fast-food chains in terms of selection and quality. On the other hand, bathrooms and... general cleanliness is less than desirable. Most of the empty tables aren't thoroughly clean. Read more
Wish I had taken pictures. Lettuce was white so that was trashed. The Freestyle had no diet sodas in the front so we had to ask... for refills to be done behind the counter. Read more
