Lately they've been messing up all the orders i place on curbside whenever we go. And its been a few weeks of this happening.... They either forget items or give us the wrong food. They aren't rude about it if its pointed out but its happening too oftennow. Even when it seems the location is slow the orders are messed up. Read more
Food was good but the time in which it took to get ur food was longer than normal. We ordered a shake and when the shake was... brought to the table the person took our table marker and that made it difficult to find our table. My son had to chase theperson with our food down and show the receipt so that we could get our food. Seems they are concentrating more on gettingcurbside orders out. The employees who were taking out curbside ordered were also the ones taking out the dine in orders. Theyneed to have employees specifically for dine in so there won't be a delay and food will be delivered fresh. Read more
Been several time and every time something is wrong, I order a salad and no utensils are given. The other day I ordered a shake... and took a sip tasted rotten employee rolled eyes when I let them know. This restaurant has to have the nicest employees on the planet! The food was great as always, but our experience here was... amazing. Chicfila is always a 5 star rating! The location on 10th and Trenton served as a great spot for an after sports hangout with the... kiddos. The spicy deluxe sandwich is my go to nearly every time. Tried the seasonal drink, Cloudberry Sunjoy, for the first timeand it was quite tasty! Enjoy and added berry notes to the normal Sunjoy. And you know I be dunking my waffle fries in thatdelicious Chicfila sauce for sure! Read more

Several mistakes!! I asked for several creamy salsas only got 2 had to get off & get the rest. & took forever. Line took forever... as well was in line for like 20 minutes & it wasnt even that full. Also, we get home & my sons fries are missing he was sodisappointed & sad like how can you forget a kids fries ???? Read more
