I have always liked Charley's Philly steaks. But today the usual taste wasn't there. Maybe it's a one time thing maybe new cooks... but something was missing. Also the server just piled a huge blob of mayonnaise which I think was too much and it took away fromthe flavor too. The staff was courteous no problem there.
