First time tasting Philippines food. I thought pork adobo was a bit salty and fatty . But in a good way. It's hard to... explain..... It's like comfort food you didn't know existed. I didn't ask but think some hot sauce would buss it up a notch.Though maybe it would take away the foods character... Also the people are really nice and it feels like you are at a friend'shouse. The rice was surprisingly good ... it's mushy but I think it's supposed to be like that because when you mix it with theveggies and adobo it hits really good. I want to go back to try their deserts. I spent less than 10$ with a drink and was full . Read more

A plate includes rice and 2 main dishes. The food was great, there was a good variety of options to choose from and the price... was extremely affordable. The owners were very friendly, after we told them that it was our first time, they gave us samples ofsome other dishes, and by "sample" I mean almost full portions. There were some desserts too but we were too full to try.Definitely will come back! Read more

An absolute gem! We stumbled into this place for lunch today, and were blown away. We ordered the lunch special (rice and choice... of two dishes from a selection of 8 or so) for $5.50. After telling them it was our first time trying Filipino food, theyprovided samples of everything on the menu alongside what we ordered, and even dessert! The owners were warm and genuine, andthe food was exceptional. The pork with pineapple, barbecued pork skewers, sour tamarind soup, and desserts were particularstandouts. The valley is so starved for unique cuisine, this place needs to be supported! We will be coming back frequently andreferring everyone we can. Read more
