I want to start that Ive loved Burger King for as long as I can remember. I frequently have you all as breakfast and lunch.... However this locations employees need to be more attentive. I understand the drive through employee was busy, however neveracknowledged we needed any help. The other employee was no where to be found. She appeared after 8 min of waiting to order.Please help us as customers have a more pleasurable experience. Or hire more people it looks like three people for this locationis not inuf. Read more
They don?t even know what goes on the burgers bruh I ordered a bacon king heavy mayo, heavy ketchup, and extra bacon; they put... lettuce on it, ketchup on the side, barely any mayo and one of the patty was just completely dry no cheese or sauces on it.Bacon kings don?t even come with lettuce. ???? I hate it. Play area is not open and everything was so slow even tho it wasn?t people there.
Stephanie is a good customer service driven employee. She was at the drive thru when she helped me out. She was very attentive,... courteous, and nice. She made my order was right and put all the condiments that I asked for. I highly recommend her and BurgerKing location. Read more
The drive thru employee had a bit of an attitude taking my order. I also asked for easy ice in my drink and he did quite the... opposite. My drink was 2/3 ice. I was too tired to argue (even though I wanted to because he had already gotten on my nerves forhis unnecessary attitude). i just wanted to get home. Read more
Seriously worst Burger King in the valley would give 0 stars if you run out of buns be honest with people instead of wasting our... money. Food is consistently as good as any other Burger King. Has been recently updated. Relatively clean dining area considering how... busy this location is. Small play area for the kids is available and there is a TV area that is very quiet compared to the restof the venue. Note: The internet does not consistently function. When it does it's very slow. Only big negative is thebathrooms. Pretty funky. (I think a lot of folks who are not customers use it.) Convenient Location: Right off Expressway 83and next to HEB and an IBC Bank. Read more
