Placed an order for 3 hand packed pints at the drive thru. Young lady made the usual attempt to upsell me with quarts instead.... When I declined she loudly let out a big sigh, then when I paid and didn?t tip them the facial expressions were evident thatthey just didn?t want to do any actual work at their job. Loved the service and the ice cream!

Went inside lobby Thursday 23 June 2022. It was 9:40 when we walked in. They had a large order on drive thru and kept me waiting... for like 10 minutes. I ordered my wife her banana split. They were out of pineapple topping; however, this is not why I givethem a 1 star. I sat down with my wife to enjoy our banana split. At 9:59, the young lady mopping the floor, rudely announcedthat the lobby was closed. We had maybe 5 more minutes worth of eating our ice cream at an enjoyable pace when the other younglady behind the counter told us the lobby closed at 9. We kind of rushed eating our ice cream. Never have I been in an eatingestablishment where you are chased out before you're done eating, much less so rudely. I will never go back to this baskinrobbin. Read more

My friend and I arrived 22 minutes before closing and we were not terribly well received, which we could understand, with it... being Saturday night and all. 2 stars just because they were so nice! They really couldn't get our order right though. We went through drive thru, I ordered... two scoops of strawberry cheesecake in a cup and my husband ordered two scoops chocolate in a waffle bowl. We drive up to thewindow and were asked what our order was again to which they responded they were out of the waffle bowl. That's okay! Totallyfine, who cares. We say it's okay just switch it to a cup. Then we are asked again what our order is and we tell them. Rightbefore handing us the order we are asked again. We leave and look at what we have mine is a cherry swirl type ice cream on topof one scoop of cheesecake.
