I will never ever ever get food from this place again the manager is rude or I think it's the manager. I ordered a meal at 6:15... to be delivered at 7:30 and now it's 7:45 it's still not here I have somewhere to be and I'm sitting here waiting on a driver todeliver three orders mine being the last.. this doesn't make sense... when I called the restaurant find out what was going onthis woman said to tell me if it's a problem to come pick it up because it's not due until 7:35 and it was 7:29 then. Who saysthat were the customer can hear it. We like to occasionally stop in at Charlie's Chicken in Owasso and both Broken Arrow locations. On our way to Lake Texhoma... we decided to stop for a quick lunch but the food at this location was bottom of the barrel. The fish in the catfish waswafer thin, the cheap tarter sauce was not edible. The corn on the cob was hot but the fake margarine spread wouldn't even beginto melt on it. The chicken chunks were dry and hard to chew. Even the honey was watered down. No broccoli grape salad which is afavorite side ~ probably since they required fresh ingredients. It felt like they scrimped to find cheapest possible optionavailable on any item they could serve. The beans were the onlv dish I could finish. Read more
Nothing to brag about, rather pay less for the same product at KFC, and if you want smoked meats or ribs, Rib Crib is a much... better place to go as far as quality service and atmosphere. Read more
