My job sent me to get lunch . I was a walk in order, they were under staffed. But they didn't take long, fries were hot and... fresh and the burgers came out at the same time.the cooks and crew members were very kind and professional. They sent plenty ofketchup and special sauce. Lots of smiles and handshakes. What every working person needs during the holidays. I highlyrecommend if you are making a large order on a short notice. Got my order in at 950pm to dine in. After 30 minutes of waiting, every burger was wrong. I took the Fall Special back up... because there was no Jalapeños or mustard. They ?remade it? and put 3 jalapeños on it and still no mustard. I just gave up. Ihave never come at night and will not come back at night. The dayshift is Always accurate. Read more

Normal Brums store. Restaurant is decent most of the time, last meal had, the chicken strip dinner and everything was old.... Fountain drinks are a little weak, but not the worst. The grocery store side is always good. The amount of ice cream/sherbertselection is great and they are good. Read more

I never go inside but the people at the drive through are nice and polite. The hamburgers are always fresh tasting and they have... the absolute best ice cream in McAlester that I've found anyways. Read more

I don't pass through towns with Braum's unless I'm on a road trip and sometimes they're disappointments. Not this one. Small... town kind people willing to give you time and help you decide. Always loved braums but now its consistently nasty. If you like your order messed up with wilted veggies, soggy fries and buns,... this is your place! I strongly reccomend anywhere else now, my poor 6 year old went and threw his up already. Read more
