DON'T ever do Uber eats through here!!!! because you get really mean employees, for example, Miss Claudia, that didn't even want... to help me over the phone, even though I had a reciept confirmation number showing I purchased the order. When the Uber driverwas trying to pass me to Claudia Claudia was very rude and didn't even want to help me over the phone and then you can hearClaudia in the background saying I don't want to talk to her(me). Very unprofessional and very rude! All you could have said islook my the machines are down it's showing that it's not working and that's it or say I can pass you on to my manager and she/hecan help you. Very poor customer service and don't recommend anyone to do delivery through here because they just steal themoney and don't want to help. Just because you're having a bad day, doesn't mean you have the right to treat people with thedisrespect you treated me when I did nothing to you. Read more

I ordered a foot long tuna sandwich for pick up. I asked for Italian herb cheese bread, provolone cheese, spinach, tomatoes,... pickles, onions, banana peppers, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. I picked up the sandwich when I got home and opened up thesandwich. I found the wrong bread, barely any tuna, lettuce, and jalapeños and nothing else. I am very disappointed and Ishouldn't have to watch them to make sure that they do their job. Never going to that Subway again. Read more

Employee who claimed to be manager did not use proper sanitizing steps for his store. No social distancing, improper use of mask... and did not want to change his gloves when asked. When asked if he could change gloves due to allergies; he refused. He thenfollowed by saying HE WILL NOT HELP ME. I refused his service and asked someone else for help but was ignored. I left the storeand will not be coming back. You could have endangered my life thank you. Read more

I finally decided to leave a review and for me to leave one it has to be bad, I always come to this subway because it?s close to... me or on my way. They ALWAYS run out of pretty much everything if it?s not the bread it?s the veggies if it?s not the veggiesit?s the meats if it?s not the meats it?s the chips you guys get my point lol. Who ever runs this location should make surethey?re are stock for the rest of the day. I love subway but hate that I would have to go to a farther one just to get what Ipay for. Staff is nice they have nothing to do with my complaint. Read more
