Gluten and soy-free diner here. What a stupendous meal my dining companion and I had last night. To start I had the Basil... Hayden, she tried their chocolate martini. Spent Saturday evening on the back patio for a dear friend's 90th birthday celebration. All the staff was FANTASTIC - shout out... to Sue, who helped us with set-up, and to Tony and Nathan, who were our outstanding servers for the evening. They joined in thefun and made it all so memorable. I can't say enough about the amazing food; I could have dined out on the delicious appetizers,but dinner (I had Seafood Royale) was superb. Waitress Holly was very sweet! The food is over priced for what you get. My entree was a dry baked potato and broiled haddock... with shrimp and scallops. No taste. No vegetables/ salad or bread. Left hungry. My husband had fish tacos and they were good butpricey for tacos. Here for vacation and was out last nice dinner out but had to go home and have something more to eat. Read more
There were six of us, so we made a reservation in advance and were able to get patio seating. The food was top notch. Prime... Chicago beef tenderloin was delicious, properly cooked to medium rare. The garlic mashed potatoes were some of the best ever. I started with a gazpacho that was perfect! Everyone at the table raved about the food. To top it off, service wasexceptional. Richard JH was amazing. We came over from Erie pa for a camping trip and after a long work week we decide to treat ourselves to... a nice dinner outside of camp. Our server was very honest about menu options and even came over at the end of our meal toapologize for not making it back as much as he would have liked and you could tell he was genuine with what he said. We were visiting from Toronto, Canada and were brought to your restaurant for dinner. I ordered a dish with haddock in sauce and... topped with to die for scallops and shrimp. I just loved my dish and will request my relatives who live in Lakewood to keep thisas a 'must go place'. My son ordered your fish tacos that looked really fresh. Along with receiving top notch service our staywas most memorable. I would highly recommend the Watermark Restaurant to everyone I know.
