Ordered our food & paid at 7:49pm then was told to pull up to wait even though there wasn?t a car behind us ?because it would... mess up their time? and because there was a 6 minute wait on the chicken. At 8:06 my husband went in to check on our food and toinquire about a refund, meanwhile the car behind us has left with their food. After a few minutes my husband stepped out to sayeveryone in there was ignoring him. I walk in the restaurant because at this point our baby is crying & screaming in the car. Isee 2 Cajun filet biscuits, which is what we ordered, stacked & sitting there. I ask for a refund & get ignored. I had to ask 3times for my money back before someone finally started working on it. After over 30 minutes of being at the restaurant we walkaway with no food. Fortunately, we rode to McDonald?s and had our food within a minute. This is the slowest drive through I have ever been in. It literally takes 10 to 15 minutes PER CAR. They must be cooking each... order as it comes in or something. There were also "out" of grilled chicken at a chicken restaurant. Read more
Better experience as the last few were not great. The young lady at the counter was very good and attentive and got the order... perfect....cashier 10 gets 5 stars. and then she left...and service left with her. Tried to get a refill and it was passedbetween people before someone gave up and got it for us. Rest of the people get 2 stars Read more
The ladies themselves are fantastic! This negative review is not about them. It is about the fact that the store must be... mismanaged. They are always out of something or unable to make something for one reason or another. Now I may be uninformedabout their supply situation but other fast food chains and even other Bojangles have everything they need, yet this location isalways out or unprepared.
