I called the local phone number and it forwarded me to a national call line. The young man was incredibly rude and hung up on... me. He also would not honor the online advertise price for a stuffed crust pizza because I wanted cheese on half of it. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from here tonight. Read more
It was difficult to get ahold of this place and difficult to place a mobile order (which never ended up going through).... Honestly, the employee, when I finally did reach the actual store, I spoke with did not care about my questions or order. I didfeel like I was inconveniencing her (and maybe it was difficult because they may not of had enough workers). She told me I wouldhave to call my bank to find out about the money taken from my account because she really couldn?t do anything nor did she havean order for me. She couldn?t tell me if they had problems with their online system. She did not ask if I wanted to order. Ijust didn?t bother trying as I was frustrated, told her thank you and hung up. They should learn to have better customer service if you don?t want to be at work then don?t clock in it?s real simple I am well... aware of the contactless precaution I work in the hospital however I ordered from there just a week or two ago same procedurenothing changed I received the receipt this time I go to get my food I don?t receive a receipt and then the driver says oh I canjust write your tip in no you don?t get a tip. Got to be the worst Papa John's. Pepper was cut in half. WTF. Missing cheese spot. Mushrooms were like super random. Wasn't... expecting this out in Mayfield but you never know. Do better. Read more
Ordered delivery at 5:42...pizza didn't get delivered til 7:05. Pizza was missing topping that was paid for, and cold. Got hung... up on twice before getting to management. Nasty and ignorant on the phone. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Read more
