May have the best fries in town. Unlike other restaurants, I've never had cold fries here. Always fresh and hot.
Ate dinner, restaurant looked empty so we stopped at drive through. Ask if dining in was open, girl replied "for now". We... entered, room was full of flies, tables dirty. Cleaned table myself so we could eat. Lady waiting on us talked on her cellwhole time we ordered. She later locked the doors, people tried to enter, they were ignored. Customers turned away. I was delivering for door dash. The girl behind the counter was cussing and fussing the whole time. Nothing was ready when I got... there. They didn't even confirm if order was correct. They put things up there and when I tried to confirm it was ignored till Ifinally said did u put everything in here. So I can check. One of the sandwiches was half unwrapped. I visited the Mayfield Wendy's on September 11th. At 9:32 pm. The assistant manager Misty was really rude with me and i could... hear her cussing me from the drive thru. This is one of the worst locations they have. It used to be so good but owners and management have run this place into the... ground. The store is always short staffed but even when they aren't, it's comical how bad these employees are. Food quality isinconsistent at best and usually something is just completely off. This was one of the worst trips to this Wendy's. It took 10 minutes before someone came to the counter to take orders. Then the... girl took over 12 minutes to take the order of 2 boys. They ordered 4 things. (she had to ask someone twice where it was on theregister) After they ordered it took her another 5 minutes before she was ready to take ours. It was a simple order I had acoupon for BOGOF Baconator, the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken, (she had to ask someone about it and they finally! came over toshow her) and 2 fries. I wanted a frosty but all they had was peppermint. After ordering we got our food in 10 minutes. Beforethe person after us got his order taken a girl came in, whispered to the girl behind the counter and she gave the girl 2 largecups. She got cokes and left. She never paid for them.
