Good chicken and biscuits this is an update I went there today Aug 5th at about 10:45 wanted 2 sides of coleslaw when we got to... the window they said they were out of coleslaw and would we trade for a different side we asked for extra biscuits when we gothome we had 4 extra biscuits not happy about that I thought I would get more than 4 biscuits when traded out for a lg side ofcoleslaw plus how are you out of coleslaw when you ain't even been open an HR. The restroom had no soap and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. Really hope the employees had a separate restroom they... used. On top of that, the guy taking our order rang us up for double of everything we ordered so we just walked out. Probablywon't ever go to another popeye's! Read more

The one here I'm Mayfield does a poor job of making sure your order is right. They didn't give me my mac and cheese and I have a... burnt bun. This is really unacceptable how they don't care about the product they put out! They were rude and tossed me a newsandwich without even apologizing about the poor service and food quality. Or looking at the disgusting sandwich they gave me Iwon't be back to this location anymore. There is no need to treat your customer so poorly. Read more
