Full disclosure- I don't at all like Tim Hortons but this one changed my mind. I had to spend a full day working here while my... dog was having surgery. The staff are phenomenal. Harlan was a total gem. So upbeat, personable, and efficient. That's anemployee that needs to be recognized and appreciated. I had breakfast and lunch and both were fresh and oh so tasty. Been coming here since they opened. They were very slow but I thought ?hey with time they?ll get better? fast forward over half... a year later, still slower than ANYWHERE I?ve ever been. Serve one vehicle at a time. That?s one vehicle order, make theirorder, take their payment, then give that order and take the next. There is no actual fast experience. Very common to watch thevehicle in front of you order, pull up to the window, you pull up to order then you sit there in silence until that vehicle infront of you gets their order and leaves. I almost every single time get coffee grounds in my coffee. I would say 2/3 of thetime my coffee has no sugar in it. The staff is constantly complaining about being under staffed. Not sure why I keep going back. Orders take way too long, most of the time food is not properly made or cooked, some drinks like... pumpkin spice lattes are out of stock, and coffee doesn?t taste like it should, most times donuts are out of stock. Staff needproper training and most of the time seem unorganized. I imagine I?m not the one only having these experiences. I hope theowners of this location realize they probably have lost allot of business since it?s opening. I hope the service improves. Read more
Worst Timmy's I've been to, Went here twice the first time we ordered, we asked how long our food will be as we have already... waited close to 10 minutes and nobody else was waiting, the reply was were working on it, its taking longer then it should. Allthe staff were doing random cleaning jobs, no one asked what we were waiting on, or if we needed help. Second time we weresecond in line and waited for 5 minutes and none of the staff seem interested in serving the person in front of us. We tried theordering machine but you can't select what coffee you want so went back in line and waited another 5 minutes. Same thing as lasttime instead of helping the customers we can hear the manager to get people to clean the floor. Both times we have been herethe staff have seemed disorganized and we're arguing with each other or grumpy We realised the order was wrong when we were inthe car but didn't want to go back and wait, all of our drinks weren't close to full. Could also see other people waiting weremissing items from there orders, like I said this is the worst Timmy's we've been to, the service and seems like the managementis poor. Absolutely terrible service. We went inside and a few others also waited in line and nobody came to help. Multiple workers... looked at us and left or walked away, completely ignoring us. We asked people twice for service and they said one sec and nevercame back. Mind you there was no line up in drive-thru so there was no excuse. Always put customers first. I was at this location last week and it was a little busy (a few people in line inside and a few in drive-thru). While I waited,... I watched as the gentleman behind the counter hustled to get everyone's order fast! He was so quick. I didn't catch his name,but you could tell he actually cared about making sure everyone was taken care of in a timely fashion. My order was correct andtasty, just as expected. Had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. Staff was lovely and my order was just perfect. Must visit.
The service is polite and friendly. That having been said, I can?t overemphasize how slow the drive through, and in store... ordering takes. I?ve been in the drive through for over 15 minutes, more than once, with similar wait times inside. Thesurprising thing is, Tim Hortons has decades of experience implementing an efficient, streamlined workforce. I wonder if theservice here is so slow because this is the sole coffee shop option, and they don?t have to meet the speedy requirements thatother Tim Hortons are held to. Read more
