Food tasted like it been out for a good while, very disappointed!
i had such a great experience here on our visit. all the food was available and hot & fresh. (except for biscuits which they... offered to substitute for extra wedges). the food was great, we had livers, tenders, bone chicken, mashedpotatoes, greenbeansand all were a hit. more impressive was the service. there is a woman there who seems to run the show and she went above andbeyond to cater to us with small children. she was beyond helpful without even asking and we were so thankful. the gentleman wasvery kind as well. definitely will be bookmarked on our stops while on the road. You saw the two $$ signs. Definitely not worth your money. They've gone up on their prices. The chicken tenders were tough, but... I eat them. The potato wedges were very good. But the chicken nuggets which they call boneless wings were the worst you'llprobably ever eat! So I returned them for a refund. When I returned the boneless wings, I told the cashier, these are notfresh. And her disgruntled response was; Yes they are fresh, I saw her make them. The cashier had a name tag which said that Ms.C. was a trainer, but her response and reaction to my complaint was primarily the reason I had to give a review. Before she caneffectively train anyone, she needs to receive training for customer service. Read more

So the manager put 2 fresh bbq out and I order a 5 piece tender and large okra and 2 bbq sandwiches. So the employee gave the 2... fresh ones and when the manger came back out she decided to put the fresh ones back and give me the old ones. So I made themtake the bbq off the order, but after easing the food it seems the the oil is old. The tenders and the orka had a burnt, nastyoil taste. Usually Because the oil don?t get filter enough or it's just plain old oil. I wouldn?t put it past her any of the oldleftovers that she would the next day put it in with the new stuff and mix it in together. Read more

If I could give lower rating I would. Could only taste over cooked and soaked in grease, could not taste chicken. The colorful... person who very rudely assisted us was handling food without gloves, and did not let us ask a question. The grease was old andnot sure if it was changed in the past week or not. The employees of this company do not take pride in their work nor the diningarea of the restaurant. Of my 60+ years of traveling by far this is the worst place I have stopped to eat by far. The ChesterCorp should be ashamed to hire employees with such low standards and pride in their work.
