I arrived about 15 minutes prior to closing time and all the lights outside were off and the drive-thru menu board lights were... off. But as I rounded the corner there was another car stopped at the drive-thru speaker. We both sat there for a while beforeI finally heard the driver placing an order. During this time two other cars joined the drive-thru line behind me. I overheardthe young lady taking the order tell the car in front of me that they would be the last order for the evening. I looked at myclock and it was 7 minutes until 10:00. When I pulled up to the speaker I was advised that they wouldn't be taking any moreorders. By this time I'd already been sitting in line for at least 8 minutes. That wouldn't normally be a huge deal except bythis time it's now too late to go to most of the restaurants in maumelle since there are only a couple open after 10:00. I wastold they stopped taking orders at 9:55 and when I questioned that (because it still wasn't even 9:55) I was asked what it was Iwas going to order. I told them just a single and was at that point given a total and ask told to pull up to the window. Mypoint is if you're going to post on your website and to Google that you are open until 10:00, then stay open until 10:00, whichincludes taking orders. If you don't wish to stay open until 10:00, which is all fine and good, then simply post an earlierclose time. When I did get to the window the young lady working it seem to be very put out by the situation because they werenow having to cook another burger. There's no telling what they probably did to that burger but that was the best damn Wendy'sburger I've had in years because it was fresh, lol!???????????? Sad to say that just doesn't happen anymore. The Maumellelocation is probably the worst around for serving dried out burgers that have been sitting under a heat lamp for entirely toolong. Workers are extremely rude!! Didn?t have what I asked for so instead of telling me so I could pick something different they just... gave me whatever. When I came back 8 minutes later the workers pretended like I didn?t just pay. The rudest worker name was?Piper? her face definitely matches her attitude. The manager did come check my receipt and fix my food but I?ll never be back.Too GHETTO :/ Read more
The young lady that was at the window was very sweet... But the food was horrible. I ordered a 4 for 4. I ordered a strawberry... frosty and didnt feel the need to check it????. It looked like someone urinated in it. This is my 2nd unsatisfide experience atthis wendy's and i'll never go back. Whoever made my order did not care if the food was edible or not. So sad! Food was good but after all these years Wendy's has not replaced the large windows that are fogged up and the restaurant still... smells bad. A couple years ago I thought the odor might be due to cleaning products but it has gotten worse so maybe it is thecarpet or water damage. Staff was friendly but left one item out of my order. It was great, I used to eat a lot of Wendy's back on the day, ya know before all these shortages. I would order a burger with I... think the most I got was 6 patties on it. Now I am barely able to finish a 1 pattie burger and fries. Any way this is awesomethe food is always hot at Wendy's restaurants never had a problem.
