I have given this place multiple chances and have no idea how they?re still in business. Hands down the worst US Pizza location.... Every time we go in there the tables are half empty yet the wait is 20-30 minutes for 5 people. The staff acts like they have noidea how to help people? We finally were seated tonight after a 25 minute wait (in which another couple walked in and wereseated immediately?) and once we did get seated it was another 15 mins and no one even acknowledged us or offered us drinks. Picked up a supreme salad to go. Didn't know I had to specify that I prefer the cheese shredded. Seriously. It was a tasty... salad, but I had to slice up the cheese myself. No clue why I would get two whole slices of provolone plopped on top. Read more
It?s been over a year since we last stopped in at the US Pizza in Maumelle. Service in the past has been well, just really bad.... We decided to give it another chance and a group of 8 of us stopped in for dinner. The restaurant was pretty busy but we wereseated quickly and Niki was our server and was great! She had quite a few tables and was attentive to all. Drinks stayed filledand our order was brought out within 15 minutes. The manager came around twice and checked on us and the other tables in thedining room. The pizzas were cooked perfectly and the restaurant was very clean.
