Was told I could not get a refund at the store now even though I received 2 items where one was ice cold in the middle and... should have been warm and the Frappuccino was melted. Hands down, I am in love with this franchise of Starbucks. Consistent coffee making with great personalities. I ordered a venti... caramel macchiato and went next door to Kroger to grocery shop. I was back less than 30 minutes later because I dropped mycoffee as soon as I walked in the door. They heard me and remade it without charging me. I don't pay 5-7 bucks for my coffee. Ipay that for the experience and customer service that they seamlessly deliver. I'll be back! Read more
Today I was meeting a friend for coffee and catching up. Baristas were taking care of customers, training new baristas, making... sure the store was clean and still making sure the customers felt welcome. This is a great location. I have on one occasion,asked for a beverage that they were unfamiliar with. Rather than ask me to make a different choice, the barista asked themanager, who happily & patiently walked him through the recipe! It was a pleasant surprise. Read more
Although this is my very favorite place for coffee, I have been rather dissatisfied my last few visits here. I have experienced... a great shortage of supplies such as no napkins, no stoppers, etc. This is very disappointing from an establishment likeStarbucks. This was very disappointing. Usually our maumelle location gives me no problems but this time was different. There was nothing... right about this sandwich..I posted the picture along with my review.That and my daughters drink had no whipped cream when Iordered extra. Im not sure what you call this but i won't be back for a long time. Read more
