I keep paying for extra sauce and don't get it. They are kids. Otherwise this is a really good Sonic.
The stall equipment isn't working today, nor is the app. There aren't many cars here, especially for lunchtime. It's been 10... minutes since I've parked. Someone came by to take my order on their phone? I informed them I had tried to place my order on theapp due to 1/2 price drinks. I see the same person walking to each car to take orders. Eight minutes later, and someone comes byto see if my order has been taken. I sure hope so. Let's see if they honor the 1/2 priced drinks the app promises, since the appisn't working. I ordered one cheeseburger kids meal, two small slashes, and a large water. 15 minutes total time until foodarrived. The kids meal has no toy? Over a month ago, this same thing happened. The person at that time said they were out.What's the excuse this time? AND they were supposed to inform the customer that they were out, and offer an ice cream as asubstitute. They didn't do that yet again today, a month later. After four more minutes waiting for the car hop to run my card,I asked about the missing toy. He politely apologized and went to get one. He returned with vouchers for ice cream. Imaginethat. 20 min total time. This sonic really needs an evaluation from a district manager. It consistently runs way above averagetime (sonic prides itself on that), is always out of something (today it was something with my order), and the equipment isalways a problem or is broken. Always a problem with this location. Today, the playground was as bad as it has ever been. The sand pits need some attention as... there are weeds all throughout. The trash and sand everywhere makes the dining experience lackluster. Read more
Had to pick up just a bag of ice and the drive thru speaker was broken. Because of that you had to wait a little longer in line... for your order. I can't say enough about the drive thru attendants attitude and his great customer service. He'd run orders outto ppl in line and was really doing his best. I hope he gets credit. I visited Friday, July 29. I bought a bag of ice and an icecream cone. Which was also fabulous! Read more
DO NOT go here. Fast food is supposed to be relatively fast, took 18 minutes from the time I ordered in the drive thru to get my... food. Our order was a frito pie, kids meal and a coney. Not counting the time it took for me to wait in line to be able to ordermy food which was 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor and drive 3 minutes down the street to the other sonic. Wait was so longpeople behind us parked there cars and opened the doors and were waiting outside their cars. I had to hop out to care for myscreaming child, tried to leave but was stuck in the long line. This was ridiculous and we will NEVER go back. To add our visitwas on a Sunday afternoon, the stalls were not even packed. God forbid that would actually be the case who knows how long youwould have had to wait. To add our food was incorrect, we ordered tots and got fries, and the Fritos in the frito pie wereextremely stale. Really hope Greta Gloston owner and operator addresses this situation. I would not be proud to have my name onthe side of this building after our experience. Read more
Sorry as hell . My first and last time going there. I waited for 15min to receive my order. On top of receiving a grill cheese... sandwich on hamburger buns and the number they have listed states the voicemail is full horrible and never again Read more
I'm so tired of going to Sonic and paying a ridiculous amount of money for a Sonic Blast to only have a bit of candy sprinkled... on the top and then nothing but ice cream about half way through. I even paid an extra $1 to have extra candy added, this ispitiful. It there was a Dairy Queen nearby I would definitely go there for a Blizzard instead because Sonic Blasts are a poorsubstitute. Either way I won't be taking my chances at Sonic and paying $5 for a small blast with extra stuff. I'm pretty surethey put a fun size candy bar in there and called it good. Read more
Carhop asked if we wanted our change back. The change was $8.00. We tip always, but can only afford so much. That was a... bit much. The food was awful and our cups were sticky and messy on the outside and no napkins. Read more
