12/24/20: The rice is off which ruins the entire taste of the sushi roll. Sadly, even the soy sauce and ginger tasted poorly. I... am not a fan of fried rolls, and was in search of raw rolls but this does not seem to be the place for it either. Miso soup cameout luke warm, and sent back, but still the flavor wasn't good. Sad day for sushi. 2021 Edit: I went back to give them a secondchance and the sushi came through!! Very happy with the in and out tuna and the shashimi! Not bad sushi for Arkansas. 12/8/22update: this is my go to sushi spot in Maumelle now. I'm not sure if my initial visit was just an off day for the food inaddition to my mother passing away, but I've been pleased ever since. Tonight while dining I decided to make sushi a ChristmasEve tradition for myself since that was the first time I visited Kosuke. Their staff is also very welcoming and friendly. Maumelle has this finest Japanese Steakhouse! Steak hibachi is the bomb and they have finest saki!

Google is asking me how I enjoyed Kosuke, when in reality I was next door at Goku Ramen Bar, which in turn I'd give 5 stars.

Fantastic atmosphere and staff. The food quality continues to be excellent and worthy of it being my family?s weekly ritual.

I absolutely love this place. I have both ordered from door dash and gone in person now, and it's got such a nice atmosphere,... plus wonderful food and service!
