AMAZING experience!! The minute you walk in the whole team greets you cheerfully!! be ready because they go above and beyond to... make you feel welcome!! Great food and prices...we order to go and while we waited a couple of minutes they brought us fries andsauce...they even offered to help to take our food to our car. Didnt know that the lobby close's at a certain time... Nor the drive through... The employees watched me come to the door and... never informed me that the lobby was not open, and that they wouldnt be serving until five. Very rude!! Read more
I'm new to the area and this is the second time I've been to this location. The first time was during lunch rush, so getting a... medium well burger may be expected. It was tolerable, so I went for the second time through the drive thru tonight. Ispecifically asked for a "well done" burger with a coke and a twist cup. I get to the window and that's when they say they wereout of chocolate so I ask for a refund on the ice cream while getting looked at like they didn't know what I was talking about.I get home and I was given an unsweetened tea, a medim RARE burger, and cold fries. I ended up having to finish cooking theburger patty myself to even finish the meal. I didn't get my receipt at the window to verify what I had ordered or who I couldtalk to and tried calling a little after 8pm but they were already closed. Needless to say, I won't go back! ???????? Ordered the #1 combo, single patty burger, fries and a drink. This is a good burger joint. My burger was tasty and fresh. They... make fries the way I like my fries. Fries had a little skin on them and fried perfectly. This is a big restaurant, lots ofseating space and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One young lady (wished I knew her name) was very helpful.She came by to serve us fries and I must had a puzzled look on my face. She explained that they serve unlimited fries and afterour meal we could have ice-cream. She checked up on us regularly and was super nice. The burgers were big so we were to full tohave ice-cream, definitely next time. I'm not from Little Rock but, I will definitely be back on my next visit.
