Nice employees and a good location. Not usually very busy which is convenient if you want to get it quick.

I come here quite often and haven't really had good experiences. Today Chad changed that. He was very personable, funny and... sweet. Definitely made my day. I would of given 5 stars because I love Subway, but they forgot the lettuce on one of the foot longs I bought yesterday, I... watched them make them until almost the end, when I went to pay that's when they goofed my order up. Read more

Had an absolutely horrible experience with this venue. I would give this place negative stars if possible. I placed an online... order on my wedding day which took around 20 minutes to place (not a user friendly ordering system) I called the restaurant toconfirm that the orders were all set and ready. The woman told me it didn?t go through her system. I told her that I had aconfirmation number and verified I had the right location which I did. I?ve then suggested that I just place my order over thephone to her as I had previously been told that was an option when I called earlier in the week. She told me that they don?ttake phone numbers and call back in 15 minutes to see if it came through the system. I called back in 15 minutes and she saidthe number still wasn?t in the system. I suggested sending a picture, emailing, or faxing the order which is already listed out.Not willing to accommodate or make any helpful suggestions to remedy the situation. I had the email which said they had receivedmy order and included a confirmation number and payment order. The staff was still unwilling to do anything to help remedy thesituation. Exceedingly disappointing. They give subway a horrible name. Read more

They currently have buy 2 get 1 free. I called in today to verify it could be used ordering in store. Was told it could. Stopped... in tonight. Only customer in the building. She immediately had an attitude when I said I was ordering 4 subs. They didn?t haveany cheese and herbs bread. Then when I tried to pay the buy 2 get one wasn?t working. She tried saying it was because I didn?torder online. Then it was only good on certain subs. Then maybe it was ended. She was guessing and had no idea why it wouldn?twork. I don?t even care about saving $6. It?s more about the bad customer service. Especially when all these restaurants areloosing $ due to the virus. I?ll support a different business. Read more
