Friendly staff and usually quick service times. But with newer staff they seem to have difficulty making drinks correctly. Also,... this location seems to be out of various items frequently. Read more
I waited for five minutes for three employees to not take my order. I?d drive down to the dussle rd Starbucks to get great... service (it?s my favorite one in the area)? Starbucks should just close this location, clearly the employees don?t want to bethere, regardless if they are new or not. Read more
!! there is no drive-thru !!! Service was still good and my drink was fine, but don?t stop if you need a drive-thru.
This Starbucks is clearly closed before its closing time, or might as well be. I went in to get a coffee around 7:20 PM. Closing... time was supposedly 8 PM. The person working there was overtly polite, but it was obvious she had already checked out. She wasback in the shadows out of sight, seemingly hoping people would think the shop was closed. I tried to make it easy asking for abrewed Pike (and that was really all I wanted), but they were "out". I am not sure if the supply was out, or if she simply didnot want to brew any more. She said a Dark Roast was all she had available that was brewed. That was OK as that's my preferenceanyway (they usually don't have it that late). But that easily turned out to be the worst coffee I've ever had from Starbucks,and undoubtedly in the lower one percentile of any coffee I've ever tasted. I'm not sure how long it had set, but I'd say it waseasily three hours or more. It was an extraordinary experience in bad coffee. I appreciated the ability to get a coffee at thattime in the evening, but if they aren't going to do it right and they can't find people who at least don't mind being there,then just close earlier.
