Reviews for Jimmy John's in Maumee, OH
Ordered 10 sandwiches for the team. 7 of which beach club. Mayo was forgotten in all of those, cucumber missing in one, and... avocado was in such small quantity that we had to look for it to find. I called just to make the store aware of those facts andwasn't even thinking of reviewing or anything. The person I talked to dismissed my feedback and hangup on me. Horrible. I wasn't aware that freaky fast meant over 30 minutes late. And if that wasn't enough, I ordered a tuna sandwich with... no tomato, but instead I got a tomato sandwich with no tuna. Do yourself a favor and get lunch somewhere else Read more

More of a Circus then a Buisness at this location. People making the sandwiches stopped making them to only start dancing to... some rap music they were playing. Waited in line for 15 minutes looked behind me and seen 4 other people waiting and looking atthem like, really? ? Very disappointed... hire mature people who work...not clowns who dance to music. Good was good. Would have given 5 starts but the person that took my order must have been new and when I asked for lettuce,... tomatoes, onions, and peppers on my sandwich he said it comes on it so he didn't put it on the order. Well it didn't come on it.But other than that it was good. Read more
Drive a truck for a living, and this by far was the worst carry out restaurant ever. I was third in line and cashier told me and... the people behind me he wasn?t taking any more orders. Said he was to busy. Didn?t even look like they were short staffed. I cansee if he was overwhelmed but he was so rude about it. Me and the people behind me who had to leave were dumbfounded . The food is delicious. This is not the first time I waited an hour for delivery. I can deal with that. However, I found out that... my order was left on the floor in the foyer of where I work and no one knew it was there. The front door is locked for securitypurposes but there is a doorbell if someone is not at the front desk. A visitor, not another employee, picked it up off thefloor and brought it into the building.
