Had the BEST experience with this store and the staff tonight around 6:30 pm. I had placed a mobile order, and the girl working... the window was by far the best worker i?ve encountered. She was quick, efficient and continued to keep a fun conversation whilemy order was being prepared. I didn?t catch her name, but whoever was working the window at 6:30 pm deserves some recognitionfor her outstanding customer service. (The order I got, was also spot on and delicious)! New clean store, but the drive-thru was super busy and while I placed an online pickup order, my drink was ready and my sandwich... was just sitting on the counter until I asked for it. Read more
Just like other placed in the area, short staffed so it takes a minute or two get your order but it's worth. Be kind to these... kids. They are doing their best for you. Read more
Donuts good. No one working had any idea about which donuts are which. Donuts were mislabeled. Manager and workers did know... difference between yeast donut and cake donuts. Will not go again. Read more
I go there every day and get a frozen chocolate. The frozen chocolate is on point every time I get one. I like to put caramel... swirls in mine and they always come through with extra chocolate and caramel just for me. All the employees are nice and alwaystake the time to chat with me if they aren't busy. I would highly recommend this dunkin donuts for everybody! Read more
UPDATE: Still loving the coffee anf dooughnuts. The apple fritters and coffee rolls are my favorite. Also, the glazed munchkins.... I used to go to BG. Now, this is my go to place. Recently into their signature latter's. Caramel Craze and the mocha. Supergood. Hated coffee when I was younger. I always burned my mouth. Iced coffee is amazing. I actually hate Starbucks. Overpricedand their coffee tastes bad. Horrible service too. I don't really like donuts, but love dunking donuts, doughnuts. Lol They wereextra fresh when I had them this time. I know they don't make them in house anymore. But, I gobbled them up. Read more
