Got my food wrong twice in drive through still had to pull around & come in. Girl at drive through was not friendly no greeting... or nothing. The guy on the front counter register was friendly & asked the lady who was cooking the nuggets to drop some for mecause mine wasn?t hot at all & she ignored him got an attitude & refused to drop more nuggets. Nobody knew what they were doingit was so many people working but was not organized at all. The manager was nice & had to actually drop it himself causeeveryone else act like they were lost. Today I had a death in the family and I came to Wendy?s to grab something to eat and though I had a problem finding the burgers... for the bag combo that you offer, she took it upon herself to be rude and impatient considering the writing is very small andnot easy to find. I don?t know if you care or not but that was really uncalled for especially during one of my worse days. Mycompany and I order from there often but will not allow one Person to ruin that for us. I am not exaggerating when I say that I experienced the worst customer service at this establishment. I tried ordering a kids... cheese burger meal and a #1 with no cheese (I'm breastfeeding and my infant is sensitive to dairy). When the employee repeatedmy order she had the cheese mixed up, so I made the correction. There was a long pause, to which I could hear employees laughingin the background. When she responded she was very rude and acted as if I was in the wrong. She was louder and agitated. I toldmyself maybe they're understaffed and she's stressed so I did not want to make the issue worse. My daughter's food was correct.However, mine came with double cheese, literally the opposite of what I asked and I believe it was on purpose and vindictive.Unfortunately, since I can't have dairy, that burger was wasted. This is hands down the worst Wendy?s I?ve been to. Multiple times I?ve went, I?ve had to cancel my mobile order because although... they?re supposed to be open according to the app, Google AND their posted hours on site, I get to the speaker and they?reclosed. It?s happened in the morning AND at night. One of two times I?ve actually been able to order, they asked me to park sothey could bring me my food. After waiting almost 30 minutes I went back through the drive thru because every door is locked andthe lobby is closed, and they informed me that ?I already got my food?? uhhhh if I got my food don?t you think I would haveleft?! Then they admitted that they accidentally gave my food to a door dasher and asked me to park yet again. After theyfinally brought my food 45 minutes from when I ordered it, I left frustrated. Asking my wife to check the food as I pulled outof the parking lot, we were missing burgers for two of our meals. So then I had to again wait for the drive thru line (which atWendy?s is always slow) and inform them that we were missing food. After the 3rd time in the drive thru line and over 1 hour toget the correct food we ordered, we finally were on our way home. We attempted to stop so we could get a quick dinner and putour young children to bed and would have been better off cooking at home, it would have been faster. The second time I paidextra for a specialty sauce to be added to my sandwiches for my wife and I, when I got home they were made normally, missing thesauce I paid extra for. I decided to not even drive back, with gas at $4 a gallon and the headache they?ve caused me in thepast, it wasn?t worth my time and energy. I?ll never be going back to this Wendy?s. Read more
