Horrible experience at Popeyes today. The service was slow and the food was cold. I had to wait in the drive thru for about 25... mins to order and receive the food. After I received the food, I realized I was given the wrong order. I tried to rectify theissue by going inside, however the doors to the restaurant were locked despite a sign hanging in the window advertising thedining room is supposed to be open 10am-10pm everyday. I knocked on the window, however the employees ignored me. I thenattempted to call the restaurant to explain the issue and the call was sent to voicemail (i believe the phone was unplugged orturned off). So I was unable to fix the issue unless I wanted to wait in the drive thru for another 25 mins. If I could give 0out of 5 stars I would. Read more
Supply-chain: they were out of spicy products, for days... I should have had blackened chicken tinders, but I was distracted and... got mild breading instead. They were fine, but I wanted something with a kick... We wanted green beans as a side, but thislocation does not have them... Having more customers than food is a good problem to have... Maybe I'll plan to stop by next timeand ask what they have to serve, and have a b-plan if they are in a similar way then. I love this chain, I hope the issues getworked out. Read more
This review is for the Popeye in Maudlin, SC. I ordered two 2 piece White meat combo. One with Mac and cheese the other with... seasoned fries. The cost was about $22.00. The fries were cold and nothing special but the other party said mac and cheesewas cheesy and had a homemade taste. The chicken was awful: no seasoning, cold, tasted like had been sitting in tray all day.The lemonade was in a small cup and tasted like a mix that somebody had not mixed correctly. Does not appear there was trainingin customer service or professional appearance. Personnel takes your money and gives you the food. No appreciation for yourbusiness. Kentucky Fried Chicken is just around the corner. Do yourself a favor. Get the same thing for $6.95 per box and foodappears tasty and quality is consistent. Or go to Ingles Supermarket and get 2 piece white with 2 sides for $6.00. An extralarge tea is $1.00 with the meal. Will not visit this Popeye location again. Read more
Let me start by saying I am from Louisiana/Texas area and grew up on Popeyes. I the good is great. This location has an issue... with getting orders correct. Ordered 2 tender platters. They shorted us on tenders, so they apparently cannot count. Theyshorted us on 2 of our sides, so they must not be able to read either. It's a bummer that fast food workers cannot get orderscorrect. For the cost of the good that is going up...customers expect to get what they pay for. Read more

The most disgusting restaurant I?ve ever visit. You can go to gas station and it?s not this dirty. And these picture was taken... at 11:27am so this mean that they didn?t clean the store when they closed the previous night. If the appearance look this bad inthe front, just imagine how they prepare in the kitchen area cooking and storing their food. I couldn?t even eat here.
