Not one thing right about this experience at Mauldin Road McDonald?s. After I ordered a Chicken sandwich meal with a Diet Coke,... I was asked to pull over and wait in a parking spot. The drink given to me was a Dr Pepper instead, and got stale fries. Beingsuspicious of what sandwich I was given, I opened the box to find a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese in complete disarray,like pieces were just picked up off the floor. I ordered a 15-variety biscuit order and one, which happened to be my biscuit, was left out. I must add that the same thing also... happened last month at this location. I went back to let them know that I realized it when I was giving out the biscuits at workthat I didn?t have mine. Two employees jumped all over me yelling she checked her bag before she left out. I did check the bag,but only for my employees biscuits. So I take responsibility, it was just the response for me that will keep me from going backto this location. This location has poor customer service. I have read other reviews and have experienced some of the sameissues. As a leader myself and working in retail, I understand that it?s hard to find good help these days. This has a lot to dowith the changes we have experienced during the Pandemic, but customer service has really declined. Went through the drive thru today and the shorted us a large fry. Went through the bag before pulling off. The kid handing us... the foot was friendly but when he went to tell them about the fry one of the coworkers literally tripped out in him un protects.It was very unceccasary. He went to get the ticket and she continues to argue with him and yelling. I said I know what i orderedbut if you all missed it then fune but you don't have to be so rude and drove off. Cant get in touch with them when you call. Irarely complain to a manger but I should have. I felt bad for the guy she was tripping out on. Read more
It takes a bad McDonalds to make you really appreciate a good one. The McDonalds in Mauldin is having the same struggles as... other businesses- not able to retain help, supply chain issues etc., but my food is always fresh, hot and as fast as they canget it to me. The people are friendly, and doing exactly what I need them to do - get me what I ordered as fast as possible. Read more
I usually never have a problem with this one but today was absolutely just horrible customer service . Me and my mother were... having a private conversation and as the takes our order he tells us to pull around , as the person at the first window wastaking our money , I can hear 2 guys laughing in the background . And the one who took our order was laughing and next thing Iheard was you didn?t the conversation I just heard in that white car there . I?ve worked in customer service since I was 18years old . I get having conversations about customers but you shouldn?t do it right in front of their face , it?s just rude anddisrespectful. my daughter's crispy chicken sandwich was burnt and dry... and they NEVER have the smoothie machine working! this is my 2nd... attempt (different location) at trying the mango strawberry smoothie sandwich they always say the machine is down. not sure if Ieven believe them any more. I think they just don't want to make the smoothie. they only got 3 stars bc my burger was good andthe fries were perfect. hot, fresh, and just enough salt. ???????? Read more
Ordered about twelve minutes before they stop serving breakfast. Seems like they rather tell you at the window no breakfast then... just cook the food that was ordered by a patron during breakfast time. Was told no breakfast when I went to Pay still minutesbefore end of breakfast time. Read more
