Lights were on - store hours said the store was open, but no one would take my order at the drive through or acknowledge I was... there - If the store isn't open, the lights etc. should not be on. Hardee's can't sell what they advertise get there 8am for new bisket advertised and you can't get one ( No Fried Eggs) for... bisket's!!! was offered regular egg but the fried egg was only reason I ordered the bisket, it's not the employee's fault butthey should take down the advertisement if they can't fill the orders will try another Hardee's for it next time, and they hadthe same issue the last time they offered this special how can they not know this??? The lady at the speaker kept yelling at me telling me they opened at six. I was patiently waiting and had not done anything.... Several other cars had pulled around band blowed the horn but I still waited patiently. I told the lady that she did not have tospeak to me like that. She said she wouldn?t take my order. I had nothing to do with the other customers. The next time she cameon the speaker she refused to take my order. I explained that I had nothing to do with them. She took my order. Then when I gotto the window. She had an attitude and says can I help you? I already refused to take your order. I said well I need to speakwith a manager and know your name. She slammed the window and walked away. Another lady came up very nice and corrected myorder. And took my money. The order came out wrong and missing a biscuit. Had to wait an additional 25 minutes in line again toget my whole order. Read more

Don't waste your time. They will sit I'm the building, not doing any work. It's like they are closed, but open. They need to... fire entire staff asap. Second coming to the Mauldin Hardee's before 6p.m. No service. Literally had to the SimpsonvilleHardee's to find out, that the staff at the Mauldin Hardee's just be sitting inside. Doing God's know what. SimpsonvilleHardee's told me, they get lots of compliments about the Mauldin Hardee's. Corporate needs to do there job. Because, this isridiculous. I did a mobile order too. Food is comparable to any other Hardee's. This particular location has terrible customer service. Awful. They lock the dining... room earlier than supposed 7pm dine-in close time. A couple times I've found the store completely abandoned! No employees, nocars in lot, just gone, disappeared...good luck Read more
I am not a breakfast person but I visited this location for my family who loves breakfast. The service was exceptional. The... young lady working drive thru around 7:50 am on 6/7 was amazing! You rarely run across a friendly and helpful face during themorning rush. I wish I had her name but only remember her smile and she had long braids. Hopefully a manager sees this and canidentify who the young lady was. Read more
I just love the steak and gravy biscuits are truly the best but sometimes the gravy is too thin.
