The workers at this location lack customer service from the time your order is taken. No common courtesy and just had the worst... experience with the manager Donna who was extremely rude. Asked for the number to corporate and she walked away while I wasspeaking, another associate had to provide the number. Will not be returning!! I placed an order on the app to pick up in store but when I arrived, the inside was closed. The inside of this store is never... open, only ever the drive thru is available. Additionally, I ordered a dozen donuts and they were out of HALF of the donuts Iordered. How am I supposed to know what donuts you have if you won?t let me come inside and see? Read more
I frequent this Dunkin? on a weekly basis and it is by far the worst Dunkin? I?ve ever been to, which doesn?t make sense because... I thought crystal meth was supposed to help people focus. I think it?s great that the owner is giving jobs to the mentally I?lland drug addicted but those qualities shouldn?t be prerequisites. Everyone that works there has a bad attitude, they act asthough you?re being an inconvenience when you just want your order the way you ordered it. Just left Dunkin?s in Mauldin SC at 2:56pm and was not pleased with the service. I went to the same Dunkin yesterday around... 10/11am and was pleased with my drink(even though I had chunks of matcha still in my drink) and service and decided to go backtoday only to be told ?I can?t add that stuff? and when I told the gentleman that I got the exact same drink yesterday he said?well I didn?t work yesterday?. I usually don?t leave reviews because I have worked in the service industry myself but I knowthere needs to be some additional training here. He didn?t even try just flat out said he couldn?t do it. Paid $50 for a Doordash order and only received 1 (crusty and cold) sandwich and 1 drink. Missing 12 donuts and 2nd sandwich.... Called to ask about missing items and no one would answer the phone. How hard is it for a DONUT SHOP to include donuts in yourorder? Read more
If zero stars was possible, I would?ve left ZERO stars!! The person who answered the headset at the menu had a terrible... attitude. The manager had a terrible attitude. One of our sandwich?s had hair in it and the drinks were all made incorrectly !!!I would have went back and had it corrected but to be honest judging by the way they treat you before you even start your ordermakes you wonder if you go back what kind of terrible things they will do to your food and beverages. Had to stop by here for national coffee day, surprisingly not busy during the lunch hour, great customer service and very prompt... in getting my order ready, I like the fact that they offer dairy alternatives and I was able to get an iced coffee with almondmilk and pumpkin donut! Read more
I just got coffee and donuts and the coffee tasted like cardboard and donuts were stale. For the price I expect better.
