I live next door to this restaurant and sadly I don?t bring my family here often because of the poor customer service. There are... 2 young ladies (seem to be teens) that are polite but outside of that you are talked to without any pleasantries and wait timesare often overwhelming to say the least. In addition the prices are not listed on the menu so it?s hard to track your total andknow what?s accurate in the drive thru. They seem to only provide good service to law enforcement and select others. Food is notbad but it?s not great enough to outweigh the overall cons. Read more

I go here at least once weekly and have never had a bad meal and the prices are as good as or better than most sit down... restaurants. Their menu is almost overwhelming with all choices you have. Like many restaurants, they are sometimesunderstaffed and the service can be a little slow during busy hours. So if you want a good meal at a good price then I'd suggestDino's of Mauldin. Read more

purchased a Philly steak sandwich plate which fries and slaw with a tea on my lunch break on 11/02/2022 at 3:22pm (via... drivethru) on my way back to work. I began eating when I got back to work. I noticed there was hair and lint in the bottom of myplate. I called at 3:45pm and let them know there was hair and lint in my plate. The lady that took my order stated they wouldonly remake my plate. I told her I would come back after work. I got off at 7pm. There was also hair in one of the French friesnot pictured. So I arrived with the remainder of my plate and showed them my plate and showed a girl at the counter who calledanother guy to the front who then got the manager/owner. I told him I would prefer my money back bc I will not be eating at hisrestaurant again. He then stated that he did not know what I did with the plate after I left and I could only get another plate.I told him I called them immediately upon noticing the hair and lint. He then stated it doesn?t matter I had left therestaurant. I told him I would never eat there again and I don?t want a new plate. I then stated and I now remember why Istopped eating here years ago (unpleasant experience). The owner became irate and began yelling which was unprofessional andlacked customer service. The owner then yanks the plate from me and tells me to get out of his restaurant and threatens to callthe police on me. I told him I will never eat there again anyway and it?s not a problem. The owner is still yelling at me thathe?s offended and I told him I was offended that you serve me a plate with hair and lint in it. The owner totally lackedprofessionalism and customer svc. I do not recommend unless you want lint and hair in your food. FYI? my hair is not brown orblack. Read more

Typical "clock" restaurant. Menu is without pricing which is a little off putting. Fried veg were over cooked but fries were... golden and tasty. Typical meat and 3 with daily rotating selection. We arrived and ate around 6:30 pm on a weekday. Read more

It's bad when you look at a menu and it saids due to rising prices they won't show what cost on the menu. Great service even tho... only one person doing g the job. Food was ok. Read more

We arrived at Dino?s and my husband?s blood sugar was dropping I explained to the waitress the situation and asked for 3... ounces of Pepsi immediately and we would order our drinks when she was available to obtain our order. We went to pay and she notonly charged us for our beverages but also a medium Pepsi. I questioned her and she said I only asked for 3 ounces she wouldnot remove the charge. I asked for the manager and he came out and asked her why I wanted to see a manager. Obviously she toldhim and he turned and went back to the cooking area. He never acknowledged me. I understand the present situation therestaurants are experiencing. However it cost nothing for good customer service. Most people tip more for good customerservice. As we were checking out I told our waitress since you never refilled my husband?s drink can you refilled his DietPepsi? Maybe it was a coincident but she gave him regular Pepsi I will not be returning and I hope they improve their extremedisrespectful customer service so their restaurant can be maintained. Read more
