We intended to eat here on Sunday afternoon, but it was completely closed. Not one car in the parking lot. Nothing.
Horrible slow service in the drive thru. Had to repeat the order numerous times, only to find they do not have ice cream. How... can someone advertise floats and not have ice cream? Horrible service I went to the drive thru and had to repeat my order several time screaming into the mic waking my sick 10 month... old up who hasn?t slept bc she?s congested. We didn?t even get our water and large fry, asked for no Mayo lettuce tomato andpickles on burger and all of it was on there. Food was good service was awful. Need better workers Read more
Great fresh food. Long wait inside since drive thru clearly took priority. Cool old fashioned design, but wasnt very clean... (after lunch hour). I will return, but hope for an A+ experience instead of a B! Read more
My husband I went to eat lunch here on his lunch break and not only were both of our orders wrong when they came out(they also... took 10 mins), but when I went to ask the person up front for the right food they got a really nasty/annoyed attitude. It thentook them 10 more minutes to make two tacos(the ones I actually ordered... my husband just ate the wrong food) at that point ourtime was up so we had to leave...The manager was throwing the food into to go containers like a child because he was frustratedwhen people asked to change their food to takeout because they had been waiting for 15 mins. We have been to many locationslike this and loved our experience.. this was nothing like those. The service was absolutely awful. I would not recommend thislocation and wont be back. Read more
Needs some help. I like Long Johns product, which is also sold here. But it's gone downhill. Or, the Mauldin, SC location needs... some help maybe. My order of fish and shrimp was greasy, and very salty. Also inedible. This location also seems to have aproblem with moving the drive thru along. It's slow and sometimes the wait can be extremely long. As I waited in line in thedrive thru, I saw people walk in and right back out. I can only assume the restaurant was backed up too. This issue has been aproblem with this location for awhile now. Think I'll stop going for awhile and see if things get better, hopefully, at leastthe food quality will get better. Sorry to share such daunting opinion, but I truly hope it gets better. I did really like theproduct. Read more
OK, Sunday 4/24 went in to get a "fast food" bite. Checking from my receipt, from order to receiving my food was just over 15... minutes. So, for a "alright" burger, you will wait quite a while for, and will cost you about twice as much as other fast foodplaces. Then this is for you. Read more
I've tried this place so many times in hopes it will be like the a typical A&W but it sucks everytime. Such a bummer! People... seem nice but I've never once gotten a papa burger with all the standard ingredients or a pop that wasn't flat ???? maybe theyare better at doing the whole long john silver's thing? Not sure I'm willing to find out.... Read more
