Absolutely horrible. No lie, walked in and it took exactly 28 minutes to get our food. They put way too much emphasis on the... drive through and almost none on the dinning room patrons. They kept telling me they were waiting on fries, but every time thefries were done they ran right through them serving the drive through. Had our sandwiches sitting on the counter for over 20minutes. I made them give us fresh ones when the fries and nuggets were finally served. Never will I return. The people infront of us waited even longer. Just a pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant. If I could give this Wendy's no stars, I would, but Google won't let me. We went through the drive thru late yesterday afternoon... and got 2 cheeseburger meals. The burgers were cold and hard and the fries were cold and soggy. The fountain drinks were awful -they looked like Diet Cokes but tasted like club sodas. I went back through the drive thru to get my money back and the asst.manager on duty told me she didn't know how to get the money back on my card. She assured me the manager would call me lastnight. They didn't. Nor did they call today. I've called twice today and it went straight to voicemail. I left one message andnever heard back. I tried to call corporate and was cycled through to an automated menu trying to sell me a Medical Alertsystem! Seriously?? Like another reviewer said: Dave Thomas would turn in his grave if he knew the horrible product and customerservice at this Wendy's. Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant! Read more
The most lovely people that I have had the pleasure of meeting! The lady at the counter was super sweet and my order was... prepared perfectly! I am so happy we chose this Wendy's for our dinner!! If I lived in the area it would be my top spot! A+service, positive attitudes, and very clean restaurant!! Thank you for everything!! Read more
Ordered online due to long line at drive thru and lobby being closed. Waited at delivery station for 20 minutes. Called store... several times without any answer. Got in drive thru to get orderand was told they no longer take cash. Best part is 20.00 for 2salads. When we did finally get to the window nobody had a clue where our order was. Mattoon IL on Black Friday. Food was good but they were out of lettuce for sandwiches. Store was clean tho.
