What on earth, DQ? Had a chicken sandwich where the patty was about half the size they used to be with 1/2 the flavor. Family... says the hamburgers were equally subpar. Not sure what is going on there, but when DQ isn't as good as McDonald's you guys needto step up. Read more
Pretty disappointed. Went there specifically to try the "FlameThrower® Signature Stack burger".... It had American cheese... not pepper jack and not a single jalapeño!!! If you're looking for a spicy burger this isn't it. Everything else was fine butthe disappointing burger overshadowed it. Read more
Slow. Pathetic. A reflection of the lack of drive and production. Like most mattoon establishments that are ran by the dinosaurs... of the past(Looking at your Walmart owner) They took the crown of from Wendy's here. As well if you're not going to fulfill Dashorders, or enforce your lazy employees to actually do their job, simply drop the agreement with Door Dash. I mean they are halfyour income at this point. In the continuing efforts of your store, if you're willing to put forth this lackluster customerservice, you should really step down. Read more
Charleston Avenue location, don't bother. They're extremely rude especially the night crew and I've had to bring food back twice... now for how sloppy and lacking it was. I was shocked about a month ago at the brownie sundae thing I had paid something like $6for. I thought it was an absolute joke. The ice cream wasn't even a full pump onto the brownie, and the entirety of the sundaedidn't even cover 1/4 of the plastic platter it was served on, which has been consistent with other DQs as far as packaging. Iknow that the owner of this franchise has remote access to the cameras so my question I guess is, what is he doing about themanagers and employees and their behavior towards the community that pay his bills. If you want competent employees maybe idk.Pay them enough to pay their bills or at least watch them and hold them accountable. Also, I saw a review from a couple ofmonths ago where the woman stated her burger was microwaved. It's all microwaved. All burgers are microwaved at these dairyqueens. Just an FYI. Read more
My order was for my husband and me. His chicken strip basket was great. My bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon. The burger... would rate a negative. The last 2 times I've ordered a burger there it has been microwaved. The condiments and toppings are veryhot (soggy hot lettuce is just gross). The staff are all great but I won't be back for burgers! Read more
$4 for crushed cheese curds and soggy old fries! And I ordered a meal and found out you can't replace a blizzard for the drink... now, after I already paid for it all! Most disappointing was the cheese curd missing its cheese and they were at the bottom of anarrow bag. And no room for the drive up here. Lady jumped in front of me while I was waiting to turn in when there was noroom. Ended up going inside and waiting for food. Probably faster than drive up anyways. Read more
Always takes forever to get your food and then they mess it up. Every. single. time. I've gone here just for ice cream.
