Made reservations for 6 for a Friday night at 6:45. Gave name to girl at restaurant entrance of restaurant part, she didn?t say... anything, just stood there, no attempt to help us. She just looked at me but that was it. I asked her about our table this timeshe mumbled something. After a bit I went to bar to inquire and was told they were working on it. Over an hour later and askingcouple more times they finally seated. Never got an apology. Our dinner was for 1 year birthday,, never even had dessert becausejust to late. had to bring baby out to car for a while because we waited so long. Called to speak to manager 3 times beforefinally getting a response 2 weeks later. They need someone who communicates better. Will never go back. Read more
