Dining is closed for no reason, door sign shows open until 10pm. Rude people.

The order was correct on the screen but I was given the wrong sandwich. When driving back, we were met with an unenthusiastic,... rude manager. She not only had a rude tone but proceeded to take the sandwich and open it in front of us at the window as if shedidn?t believe what we were saying. She then passed the trash can and took the sandwich to the the kitchen where we could hearher negative comments/snickers. I hope she didn?t serve it anyone else and feel bad for the employees that work with her.Overall terrible customer service from the manager, did not have a pleasant experience. Read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich and received a double cheeseburger. Was going to look past it and just eat the burger bc I was... hungry, but it was disgusting, I had to spit it out. Add in that the fries had ZERO flavor and the customer service was RUDE, Iwon?t be back anytime soon. Read more

This guy is the BOMB! I eat here a couple of mornings weekly and he is always on duty ,pleasant and eager to serve his... customers! Just hope this company considers some permanent increased compensation for this 1 man wrecking crew providing greatservice along with awesome food quality! Read more

Twice in a row they have messed up my breakfast order. I can overlook minor things, but flat out missing multiple sandwiches... each time I go. The guy at the cashier window in the drive thru seems miserable with the job. Horrible experiences and a wasteof my money multiple times. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE food, and TERRIBLE experience! The person who took our order seemed annoyed and like we were... interrupting her day. The wait wasn?t unusually long but when we arrived at the window, we were handed 3 of our 4 drinks andthey were not correct. When we asked for the fourth drink, we received so much attitude. When that drink was not correct, wedecided better not to bother the employees any further since we did not have our food yet. I would like to say that all was wellwhen we tasted the food but that was not the case. The fries were cold and tasted like they were from Tuesday and today isWednesday. We do not plan to return and are upset that we wasted $30 as most of it went in the trash can. Read more

The cashier that waited on me had little to no customer service skills! She never said hi. I had to ask her for ketchup 3 times.... When she finally gave me the ketchup she rolled her eyes at me like I was bothering her. I just don't understand why thesepeople work at a fast food place if you don't want to wait on customers!!! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It washorrible! It was cold and the egg looked like it fell on the floor then they wiped it in dirt and then put it on my biscuit.That's the first and last time I eat breakfast from Wendy's!! Those potatoes that they serve with breakfast were so cold that Icould have used them for ice cubes!! I can't say it enough, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE BREAKFAST FOOD!!!!!! Read more

Wow in a time like this Wendy?s of all places is holding up that customer service I mean long line for a reason there stuff is... hot and good and correct no attitude at the speaker and I was literally in the line for 6 mins whoever is running that place youare doing an Amazing job !!!
