Nice cold drink fountain though I usually just get water. Got a pretty good quesadilla one time too
Sadly, we eat here more than most places because we live close by. The quality of the food is decent for Mexican-ish fast food.... But everything else has gone downhill. I'm a bit nervous to eat there as it is pretty filthy most of the time. On our last visitthere were no tables available that were not covered in filth. Was pretty gross and we cleaned our own table while staff behindthe counter watched. Read more
As someone who goes to this location a lot, I?ve noticed the staff there are really stingy with the portions. I use to work for... a different location, and understand all the rules. They don?t follow the rules, and give almost half of the expected scoops ofthings like rice and beans. At the end of the day, it gets thrown out anyways, so why deny normal portions to people? Out of the feature protein and counter help that wanted to help. Follow-up... Went back and had a much better experience. A... different person was behind the counter and was much more helpful. After the above review I was contacted by Qdoba and wasoffered what I presumed would have been a coupon of some sort but I declined/did not respond. Read more
Honestly just all around disappointing service. I ordered my family 2 bowls, tacos, and a kids meal. When i arrived home (an 8... minute drive) my chicken was cold, like straight out of the fridge cold, while the rice and beans were still steaming. Iimmediately called the store to ask if it was even edible, a very nice young man assured me it was but when I asked for a refundhe put me on to a manager and she was extremely rude and assured me it was the short drive home which caused the chicken to feelalmost frozen. She wouldn?t offer me a refund but told me if it?s such a short drive then I can drive it and get new food. Whileemployees are hard to find in this past year, Qdoba could have at least done some interviews when promoted her. Typically lovethis Qdoba but recent events have led me to leave this review. I?ve gone to this location many times as it is near my house. I?ve experienced queso that taste like dirty dish soap. Even the... worker commented on the bad taste. Recently the guacamole has a brown color and the jalapeños look brown too. I went a coupleweeks ago and had to wait almost half an hour because everything was out of stock. I?d recommend going to another location. Read more
Drink machine broken...no shrimp....I got the veggies and the bell pepper stems were what I got. Food wasn't good at all. Very... disappointed and will not be back to this location. Read more
