Chipotle chicken spud. If we had not scooped up a bottle of Tabasco this would have had no flavor. Pads of butter were tiny like... who's that cheap? Why is McAlister?s SOOO SLOW?? They are making deli sandwiches, not cooking prime rib or anything for that matter!! From the time I walked in this McAlister's was spotless, friendly employees that smiled and extremely hospitable. I won't... hesitate to come back to this location. This is not a five-star restaurant this is a thousand stars just to begin with. Read more
First time at this location, my sandwich had one slice of meat on it and the young man that brought thr food to the table was... rude. My son didn't receive his milk, I went up to the counter and polity said my said didn't get his milk. He just looked atme , I went back to my seat and then he brought the milk. I ordered from this location via Grubhub for the first time yesterday, 11-18-21. It was a late lunch. Had a busy day & needed a... snack before a business call. Figured I'd order a little extra for dinner. I ordered the kids grilled cheese w/potato salad.I'd never had either. This was supposed to be my snack. I've never had a dry grilled cheese. Aside from the bread not beingbuttery, most of the cheese was dry, too. Hate to say it, but they can take some hints from QT... I also ordered the halfsandwich of the McAlister's club w/pickle, a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, a slice of Godiva double chocolate cheesecake. Theclub was pretty good. I removed some of the bread so I could enjoy the cheesecake splurge. I didn't get the pickle I ordered.The soup was good. I appreciated them wrapping the cup in plastic to prevent spillage. I thought the slice of cheesecake was abit slim for $5. It was rich. I'm not always in the mood for chocolate, but it definitely hit the spot. I hadn't hadMcAlister's in 2 years. Ordered curbside order, hit ?I?m here? as instructed, and sat in curbside parking space for 25 mins. Went inside to check on... order and it was at the pickup section. Clearly the order was there for so long the ice in our tea was mostly melted. I was somad I just left and called the store on our way home and the lady said ?well, sorry we?re busy?.
