I was frustrated people who came in and ordered after my friend and I got their food long before us. Everything did come out hot... and fresh, our server was awesome and attentive, it was clean, and it was peaceful. It was just frustrating to know that we satover an hour and 10 minutes waiting for simple uncomplicated order. I'm not sure if the server forgot to put the order in or ifsomething happened, but it was just a senior 2 2 2, pancake plate, and a side of hashbrowns. So nothing complex. No specialinstructions. Aside from that it was a bit cold but I'll just bring a hoodie next time ???? ALSO note, I DO always take intoconsideration short staff etc. So it isn't being unreasonable. I still left good tip, was polite, used manners etc. And I intendto go back despite portions being smaller than usual and give another chance. Read more
IHOP use to be a great place to eat, not sure where it took the turn. The one thing that was really disappointing to me was the... fact that I could not get warm syrup for my cold pancakes. I was told I couldn't get warm syrup because people were burningthemselves with it. Then when I inquired a second time, I was given a different reason by the waiter stating I could developcancer by heating their syrup. Needless to say, I didn't enjoy my meal and only ate maybe a fourth of my entire meal. My sonalso said his pancakes were cold, but he ate them anyway. Well I don't like cold food. I paid for it anyway because it will bethe last contribution I will be making to IHOP. Hopefully they will close this location and allow a decent restaurant to come inand takeover this wasted space. The lady host who greeted me for a take out order appears to have a listening or hearing problem. I had a coupon I received from... ihop. She said it was for only eating inside restaurant even though coupon had no disclaimer. I instead gave her my order atcash register. She kept asking me to repeat my order. I repeated 2 orders of 2x2x2 with hashbrowns plus 1 order of grits. Shesaid okay. I paid for order. She brought me the order within 10 minutes which was quick. When I got home I only had 1 order inbag and no grits. Too bad Tracy is no longer manage. My family was a regular customer before Covid-19 for years. Stopped in to grab a bite to eat now that they have the dining room available during the early afternoon. The service was... excellent even though they are shorthanded. It took a little longer to get our food, but it was perfect. The emoyees areprofessional, caring, attentive and friendly. Will be back again! Read more
I will never eat there again . Was sitting at the table enjoying my food finally after it was cooked over twice. Thought I had... dropped something on my pants but realized it was crawling a cockroach was crawling on me. The manager act like nothing waswrong the waitress had to point it out crawling on the floor ... I will never ever eat there again. Read more
They just recently opened back up for dinner. The staff was a little slow but extra friendly, so we didn't mind. The food was... really delicious. Our kids ordered Minion pancakes, my husband got the T-Bone steak + eggs and I got a Bacon Cheeseburger. Nobacon on it but honestly, it was full of flavor so I didn't miss it. ???? This is our second time dining here! We genuinely love this place. Excellent customer service of the Hostess! The food is... exceptional! And our server Danielle ( I hope I spelled it right ), we had her twice, she is quick, attentive, never missed athing from our order! Very polite! We will definitely come back to this place! Well, unfortunately this was an awful experience. I arrived and was sat fairly quickly - which was great. Our assigned server... stated she could take us as a table. She brought hot coffee and chocolate milk - which was also great. All was well for myfirst 10/15 minutes. After my aunt and grandmother arrived, 15 minutes passed and no one came to check on us. I asked thehostess if she could help us. It seemed as though our server disappeared. The awesome hostess took our drink and food orders andshe was also attempting to seat people. We received no drinks/refills after another 15 minutes. We ended up just leaving. Weappreciate the hostess trying. Unfortunately one person cant do it all.
