Reviews for Fullwood Market in Matthews, NC
Didn?t get food, but the pecan pie was yummy and I enjoyed the drinks they have in the refrigerated section. Small dog friendly... patio too! Read more

Used to love their food and menu. Went back for first time that since they started Serving food again. Everything Bagel, scammed... eggs, bacon chess. Bagel was pressed not toasted though discussed toasted. The 2 scrambled eggs were so over cooked and justbrown. My wife got the Quiche. Again eggs were so over cooked that it made no sense. Table also ordered a breakfast wrap.....Eggs over cooked and wrap was soggy. The rest of the store was fine and service was friendly. Just note..... If you get food, coffee and something off the shelf they will need to ring it up as 3 different transactions and on different registers.Doubtfully returning anytime soon. Read more
I?m so glad I stumbled upon here before I left for back home. I love the concept of buying local. The products are definitely on... the pricier side though, so don?t expect to leave with $2 jam. Anyways, I bought five different bags of coffee beans since allthe brands were new to me (being from NY state). The staff member was sweet too. Two negatives though: 1. The small and sortof oddly placed seating 2. The parking. The GPS took us a funky way in which we had to go around a rough looking side of thewhite building. Thankfully there was a sign to direct us (: Read more
This place is great. I'm glad I was able to experience it before it's inevitable spike in popularity. The market items are... specialty and mostly local which means they are pricey. The sandwiches, though, are fairly priced and yummy. We got a muffalettand the pimento cheese sandwich. The muffalett could use just a little bit more meat, but pimento sandwich was stuffed! Can'twait to get back and try another sandwich. Read more
I want to love this place, I really do. And there?s so much potential. But the execution is all wrong. First of all, there?s no... actual parking. You drive around to the back of a building and park in a field before making the trek to the entrance. Inside, they?ve taken away almost all of the seating and filled the eating area with shelves and shelves of beer. It wasn?t like thiswhen they first opened, but it now feels reminiscent of eating in a gas station. The pastry case is almost always empty. I?vehad a sandwich here and it was tasty, but being pretty much forced to get it to go makes me almost always choose anotheroptions. It?s just not cozy, not the kind of place you feel the need to visit often. I had high hopes and still think there ispotential. Just hope they are able to stay in business long enough to find it.
