The hamburger was great and the fries were too greasy as always either in CA. or NC. (they cook them 1/2 way then finish cooking... when you order). Wish they would cook the fries all the way and at 1 time when you ordered them. Will never order fries fromhere again! I don't know why anyone likes fries this way and so greasy! I usually have a good experience here and have been going here for a long time. Today was absolutely terrible. When I walked in,... the cashier didn?t so much as say hi or make eye contact. The customer service was nonexistent. I waited with several otherpeople for about 40 minutes. There were plenty of workers so they didn?t look understaffed. 2 people just walked out instead ofcontinuing to wait. When I finally got my bag, the fries were cold and I noticed it was one of 5 bags that had been sittingthere for at least 15 minutes. Five guys isn?t cheap and I like their food but paying that much for cold food and rude staff isnot worth it. I hope management can improve this. I?ll hesitate to go to this location again. Read more

Great customer service and great tasting food. Reason for a 3 is the price and size of the patties. The price for burger, fries... and drink was $20. The patties were pressed so thin that they began to separate. The over all size of two patties, didn't evencome close to one patty at other hamburger places. Read more
Came here on 4.10.22 around 7pm for dinner with my husband and 4 kids. As soon as walked in we were greeted by the cashier with... a friendly smile. She made a quick assessment to her team members about how many burger patties they should throw on the grilland proceed to take our orders. Kudos to her as this reduces wait time! She was patient with my kids as they gave their ordersand very polite. Our food was up in less than 10 minutes; burgers were tasty and fries were hot and fresh! While we were there,I observed the staff always working diligently and smiling. They seemed to make a really great team! The dining area was cleanand stocked appropriately. We were even asked if we needed anything and they were quick to provide what we requested. Everysingle staff member did a great job and I was impressed with their efficiency! Best experience I have had there in quite sometime! Great job! Place is really good! Fresh fresh fresh......, Fries went in bag as I picked it up! Really good burger and lots of topping... choices....(think about slaw y'all). I feel it's a little pricey, about $10 bucks a burger... At least it's tasty and fresh toorder..... Read more
I used Uber Eats for dinner on Sunday, 12-5-21. I ordered the veggie sandwich w/cheese, a blt, & a little cajun fries. I... ordered before I left a venue I was at. Deliveries seem to have been running slowly. I believe this order was a littleearly. The cajun fries were my splurge. So many even in the small size, couldn't eat them all. Didn't eat any bread from thesandwiches; was only interested in the inside, & I got full off the veggies, bacon, & cheese. Was looking for the burger that'smade with lettuce instead of bread (low carb); couldn't find it. Read more
I paid almost $30 for two burgers one of them being small and a regular sized fries, no drinks. The food was good, but still... waited a long time in the restaurant even though I placed my order online. Way to much money for a burger and fries with badservice. Read more
