Had a horrible experience today at this specific location. I have ordered an Spicy Deluxe Sandwich meal along with fries. Fries... were so good but coming to the Chicken patty it was not at all hot and it seemed to me like an leftover which was made somewherein the morning. I expressed my concern to the shift manager however he has replaced me with a new patty instead of a sandwichand as a part of courtesy he didn't even apologized for this. I will never ever go to a chic-fila.Hope the concerned Managerlooks into this issue and take it very seriously... Read more
Chick Fil A should pull this franchise. The drive up is complete mayhem and inside somehow seems worse. I eat CFA a minimum of... once a week all over the area, usually more often than that, and this location seems to be the only one that?s not a well oiledmachine. I frequently pass this one and drive miles out of my way to Mint Hill, Indian Trail, or Arboretum just to avoid thechaos. During Covid they should have converted to how seemingly all the other locations are with the dual lanes, curbside, etc. I really wish this location would get with it. Read more
