Low rating on atmosphere because dine-in is still not available. Had to eat in my car to take advantage of of the fresh cooked... food. One pice of fish seemed to not be cooked thoroughly due to extra batter coating. Everything else was good, otherwise. Read more
I could eat their delicious hush puppies and tartar sauce, every day. Plus, that healthy grilled white fish with lemon pepper is... hard to beat in any drive-thru/fast food chain. The staff is always friendly and there are many options. I do miss the tossedsalad and desserts, but certainly no dealbreaker. Read more
Very friendly staff and they keep the drive-thru moving pretty quick considering how long it takes to fry up the fish. My only... complaint, the fries are never crispy. OTT, Captain D's has been on our regular list for a long time! Read more
Its Thursday 5/26/2022 .I ordered 2 dinners both 2 pc cod and slaw with French fries . Got home and you could see they sliced 1... pc of cod to make a 2 pc dinner and charged me 10 dollars for each dinner . I will never go back to that location again. Was disappointed that the gumbo didn't have okra in it. Customer service is always good. Google Maps isn't letting me submit an... update. I stopped by on 12-29-21 & ordered cheesecake with my dinner. The pictures do no justice, but the cheesecake was stillfrozen. On November 18, 2022 around 5 PM, my sister visited this restaurant and placed her order at the drive thru and drove home. When... she got home, she realized she had someone?s Uber Eats order. She drove back to the restaurant and attempted to go inside butthe doors were locked. She went to the drive thru and told the cashier she was given the wrong order. The cashier told her pullaround to the window. There were 2 cars in front of her. She asked the cashier why she should wait after 2 cars. The cashiersaid only employees are allowed inside. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who instructed my sister to pull tothe front and she will bring out her order. My sister did so and no one came so she backed up and went to the window where sheasked for her food. The manager was rude and lunged her body at her as she gave her food to her and told her that she had toldher to go to the front. My sister is a regular customer at this location and was frustrated by this poor service. My sister wasangry and had she not had to go to work in the next hour, things may have escalated. I called the store and spoke to theassistant manager and told her I was wanting to make a complaint and she told me to hold for the manager. I was on hold for 5minutes and no one came to the phone. I called back a couple times and each time I was met with the voicemail. They managers andstaff here need some training on customer service. We are both registered nurses and if we ever physically lunged at ourpatients or families we?d be fired! Read more
