Great pizza! Atrocious customer service (primarily person answering phone/taking orders) and grossly under staffed! I put an... order in for delivery. 2 pizzas for a total of $40 roughly not including tip yet. Wait time approximately 1-1.5hrs which isreasonable for dinner rush. 2 hours pass and no pizza. I go to the restaurant and the pizza I ordered wasn't even madeyet. Would only recommend when they only have a few customers, this establishment cannot handle high volume adequately. Read more
Has to be the best wings I've ever had at a restaurant. I go there probably entirely too often for the wings and their blue... cheese and ranch is homemade. Omg it's so good. Would definitely recommend! Read more
So let down. Been coming here for years. My boyfriend is from Buffalo and loved coming there just for the wings. We order 2... slices of pizza and 18 wings 6 BBQ and the rest hot. They come out not looking like the usual red Franks hot sauce tried themanyway. Long story short they made a mistake rolled them in bbq sauce tried to cover it up with the hot sauce. As you see only 6wings eaten. $41.00 for 2 slices and 6 wings. If I wanted hot bbq I would have asked. Read more
My wife went to college in Buffalo and really liked the wings they made up there. We now found a spot where she can satisfy her... hankering for them. Friendly service. Pretty good pizza too. Definitely going back to try other options. Read more
Good flavors on their pizza and wings. Great people who work there. I wanted only a slice of their Supreme pizza they were out... of. The gladly made a new supreme pizza so I could have my slice. I love their can-do attitudes. Great job and great food. Read more
Such a total disappointment and a waste of $26. Never again Meatball sub, awful. Not even whole meatballs on the bread. Beef on... weck came out half cold after waiting over 15 min in an empty restaurant. Do yourself a favor and pass this place and drive 2miles down the road to Mario's Read more
This pizza is amazing! It is so good. The price is very daunting, however. We got a large cheese pizza with three toppings and ... a large Margherita type pizza and spent almost $60. We also got garlic bread but it is only a toasted sub roll with butter andgarlic. The price is the main reason I gave it four stars, that and they have a Tuesday special of $3.50 off large cheese pizza.The employee forgot about it and when I mentioned it, I had already paid, she just said sorry(appreciated) but did not give methe discount or anything else to make up for it. When we first discovered this restaurant in June 2019, it was a heavenly taste of home for this Buffalo girl. The pizza, the... wings, the fingers... it was all dead on to what I'd grown up enjoying. Something has changed over the last 6 months however.I'm not sure if their management changed or what but, the quality of the food has gone extremely downhill. The pizza is greasyand often inconsistent as far as the amount of toppings etc., the wings are either overcooked to the point of being jerky orswimming in so much sauce that the chicken is completely lost, and the fingers... well I'm not even sure how to describe what'shappened with them. A chicken finger is fried and then sauced just a like a wing typically but, the last 3 times I've orderedthem, they've been burnt, barely sauced, or what I can only describe as double fried (where it appears they were fried, sauced,and fried again). Because of the love we had for this place initially, I kept wanting to give them another try but, afteranother double-fried finger situation today, where they were dry and tough, we are officially done giving them chances. It's ashame really as there is a huge population of transplants from WNY around Charlotte and they really could've been "the place togo" for those looking for a taste of home and now, we'd rather not even attempt it.
