What kind of place is only open 3.5 hours a day? Three truck stops in the area and I gotta say, we get tired of eating the same... fast food all the time. Want to be open for lunch? That's cool, but not much business. But then re-open between 5 and 9pm asthat's when most drivers are getting shut down for the day. And a hot meal, not fast food, would be a warm welcome.
