Its funny that I live way North, but this is the only WC franchise i support. The service is fast and friendly and although the... drive through is ALWAYS packed the wait is NEVER long. I get the breakfast meal no matter what time of day because they usereal, fresh eggs!! Read more
I do everything I can to be accommodating to customer service and to show empathy toward staffing issues and increased demand... along with circumstantial issues. My experience today was pretty horrible and everyone I speak with is saying the same for themregarding this location. I waited 40 minutes to receive my order. 10 minutes in line, 10 minutes at the ordering kiosk, 10minutes to pay, 10 minutes to receive the order. No apology for the wait time. Incredibly detached and dismissive staff (theyshowed no valuation of your customers or their jobs). No accommodations or explanations for the extended delay. I never getangry at customer service until today. I kept my cool, but this was incredibly discourteous and bad for business. It’s not aprofessional job and the staff are usually teens in this type of service oriented business, however there was no evidence of anymaturity or good work ethic. This is not good for your franchise. Would rate this as a -5 stars but can’t do so. Read more
The workers here are pleasant but the service is unacceptably, ridiculously SLOW. 25 minutes in a drive thru line for a cheesy... sack is ABSURD and unbelievable. And this is often, every visit, in addition to the food not always being good quality oncereceived. Efficiency and quality is obviously not a priority at this location. Read more
Got off the expressway and stopped at this White Castle. Waited 14 minutes in the line for the drive thru with one or two cars... in front of me. Left without them taking my order because it was so slow. I understand a few minutes but more than 10 minutesto just have my order taken is too long. Read more

This spot serves trashy food. Burgers and fries smelled like they were cooked on a surface that hadn't been cleaned in a month.... I took one bite of my burger just to see how it tasted and I bit into something hard. Save your stomach and visit literallyanywhere else. The gas station next door is a step up from this garbage.
