Delicious food, good prices, friendly staff. Great late-night option.
Went here for a quick lunch, ordered 3 wings with fries. When I tell you the wings were smaller than jumbo shrimp maybe even... smaller that's how small they were. If I ever go back I will definitely check my order before I leave and get a refund if foodnot at least normal size. But more than likely I am done with them... Price - Beware of the almost 30% markup on delivery. Other than that normal pricing which is scary cheap. 3/5 Customer Service... - Ordered Watermelon Crush... they gave me Fruit Punch. Red Snapper seems almost like Catfish. Philly Steak doesn't already comewith fries or drink. Took a bit for them to get the order out of the door 2/5 Philly cheese steak: Appearance - Super wet &messy. Below average. Also small for the price. 1/5 Taste - Salty as all hell. Not worth the $10. In fact didn't even come withfries or a drink. 1/5 Boneless Chicken "wings:" Appearance - soaked in honey barbecue sauce. Could use a little less sauceconsidering that it goes into a cardboard bin. 3/5 Taste - Moist. A little bit too much water and some areas. The chicken ispretty average but the sauce makes up for it. The five pieces are big chunks of breast meat that will definitely fill you up.The fries are a nice bonus. 4/5 Red Snapper Dinner: Appearance - Decent looking fish with odd spots as if they fried chunks offlour too much in certain areas. Definitely overcooked on some parts of it. 2/5 Taste - Decent fish. Can barely taste theseasoning. Dry in some areas from being overcooked. Nothing special here. This honestly tastes similar to catfish so I'mskeptical if it's actually red snapper. 2/5 Overall, the food is such poor quality here. It's as if they don't even try. Youget the usual signs of a bad Philly Cheese Steak which is salty meat. There's also a considerable markup (about 30% on eachitem) for delivery which makes it not even close to worth it. Heard good things about this company so I stopped to try it. I live 30 min away and I hope I get this fixed. I called and spoke... to Precious. But her phone manners aren't very good. I asked for the young man's name who helped me and she just mumbled and Ihad to keep asking, until I have up and repeated VEROFF? She said yup. Anyhow we got a Philly cheese steak no peppers or onion.A chicken on pita with Mozz cheese and tzatziki sauce on the side. Got home to this. And no sauce. Sometimes I wander , do respect for food still exists? I went to this place while in town, hoping to eat some great fish.... Timing, service, greetings was nice, one thing that's inexcusable was what I ordered. I ordered a Snapper plate, needless to say it wasn't Snapper at all, it was a white fish. I didn't notice this until I got in & noticed it didn't have no flavor &the skin was a diff color. (Brown/white). No matter what process you do to Snapper , the skin will remain (Red) or (orange).This type of thi g isn't acceptable, if a person pays for Snapper, you give them Snapper, not some other fish you're tryingto deem as such.
